RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Free Returns & Exchanges within 30 days:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason please email dannie@betterinsuburbia.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Upon receiving your item(s), please fully inspect them for any issues, defects, or damage. If you notice that something is wrong with your order upon arrival such as an item is damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to dannie@betterinsuburbia.com

All products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees, however, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. 

Please email us at dannie@betterinsuburbia.com with the subject line [Order # Return] and let us know which items you’d like to return or exchange. You will then return the item(s).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether or not your return is approved. 

If a refund is approved, you will then be automatically refunded via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s). Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

If you requested an exchange, we will process a replacement order after we receive your return. We will then send you an email with tracking details (if applicable) once the exchange item(s) have shipped.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and other items such as: 

  • food
  • flowers
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
